Glycerin & how it works

Glycerin is a non-toxic, food-grade gel commonly used in food and personal care products. When frozen, it cools smoke more efficiently than water.

The whole Joint Chiller Ultimate goes in the freezer. As you pull, smoke winds through the elongated spiral coil, wrapped in freezable glycerin, before it reaches you. Unlike water, glycerin doesn't expand when it freezes, so it can live in your freezer between sessions.

Cleaning & care

Cleans just like a traditional piece. Slip off the koozie first.

  1. Add isopropyl alcohol (91% or higher) and coarse salt, cover both openings and shake.
  2. For heavier buildup, let it soak 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Rinse with room-temperature water and let it dry before it goes back in the freezer.

How long does it take to freeze?

About 30 minutes for the Joint Chiller Ultimate (the Joint Bubbler Ultimate takes about an hour). The whole piece goes in the freezer, and since glycerin doesn't expand when it freezes, it can live in there between sessions.

How do I use it?
  1. Freeze it for about 30 minutes.
  2. Slide the filter end of your joint or blunt into the tip. For a 510 vape cart, use the vape adapter.
  3. Slip on the koozie for grip, light up and pull slowly.
Will it really feel smoother than a regular joint?

Which one should I get?

Both hold your joint and chill every pull. The Joint Chiller Ultimate is dry, no water needed, with an elongated spiral coil, and it comes with a vape adapter. The Joint Bubbler Ultimate adds water: a showerhead perc and a full glycerin jacket for bong-level smoothness, 6 inches tall. You can pick either one above.

Is the glass durable?

It's made from borosilicate glass, the lab-grade type built for daily use, and the koozie adds grip. It's still glass, so give it the care you'd give any good piece.
