What Is Freezable Glycerin?
Glycerin is a non-toxic, food-grade gel used in everyday foods and personal care products. Unlike water, it doesn't expand when it freezes, so we seal it in a glass chamber around the coil. Once it's freezer-cold, smoke winds through the coil and reaches you chilled by up to 300°, for smoother pulls and, for most people, a lot less coughing.

How long does it take to freeze?
About an hour. Glycerin doesn't expand when it freezes, so your pipe can live in the freezer between sessions, ready whenever you are.
How long does it stay cold?
Long enough for a relaxed session. Room temperature, warm hands and how often you pull all play a part. For long sessions, pop it back in the freezer between bowls. Plenty of owners say it still pulls smooth as it warms up.
Will it really feel smoother than what I use now?

How do I clean it?
It cleans like any traditional piece. Rinse after use and let it dry 20 to 30 minutes before refreezing. For a deeper clean, add isopropyl alcohol (91% or higher) with coarse salt, plug the openings, shake, and let it soak 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse with room-temperature water.
