FRESHeBUDS Troubleshooting

Pairing Instructions

1. Make sure the FRESHeBUDS are off, but fully charged
2. Hold down your power button for 8 full seconds without letting go
3. The light should flash blue and red. This means you can now pair your FRESHeBUDS
4. Look on your phone for the bluetooth name: FRESHeBUDS

Hard Reset

If normal pairing doesn't work, hold down the plus and minus buttons on the side of the device for 15 seconds or until the light flashes purple.

The device should then go into pairing mode automatically.
