How to setup

STEP 1

Find two objects you want to tie your hammock between. Make sure they are secure enough to hold your body weight.

STEP 2

Lay your hammock length-wise between the two objects. The hammock should be able o fully extend without or barely touching either object.

STEP 3

Wrap the provided nylon rope around the tree, post, pole or other tall, secure object. The center of the nylon rope should be on the side which faces the hammock, and the ends should meet on the side away from the hammock.

STEP 4

If you are using any smooth object to secure the hammock, tie the rope with a double overhand knot. Make sure the height of the rope is at least 2 feet higher than where you want the hammock to hang.

STEP 5

Bring the rope back around and secure the ends together with a water knot. The knot should sit about 18" away from the tree or pole.

STEP 6

Repeat these steps on the other tree, post, or pole

STEP 7

Attach the hammock to the ropes using the provided carabiners

STEP 8

Carefully sit and enjoy your afternoon in the hammock!
